Baku has accused the head of the European Union delegation in Armenia, Andrea Wictorin, of interfering in Azerbaijan's internal affairs.
Azerbaijani MFA spokesman Aykhan Hajizada considered unacceptable the statement of the EU Ambassador to Armenia Andrea Wictorin that Azerbaijan should ensure the rights and security of the people of Nagorno-Karabakh, and an international mechanism should be established.
“Azerbaijan's efforts to establish a dialogue with the Armenian residents in the aforementioned direction must not be hindered, prejudices against our territorial integrity and sovereignty must be ceased", Hajizada said in a statement.
