Xavier Bertrand, President of Hauts de France Region of France referred to the signing of memorandum with Artsakh Foreign Ministry.
“By signing a joint declaration with Artsakh, the Region Hauts de France demonstrates its support for this resistant people. No one can turn a blind eye to the ethnic cleansing and suffocation of Artsakh wanted by Azerbaijan”, Bertrand twitted.
