President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev expressed hope that as a result of the negotiations between the Foreign Ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan in Washington, it will be possible to make progress in the process of regulating relations between Baku and Yerevan.
According to him, any attempt to include Nagorno-Karabakh in the text of the peace treaty is not constructive.
Aliyev once again voices threats and declared that if Armenia does not show a constructive approach, peace will not be established between Baku and Yerevan.
“We are not going to take measures other than diplomacy. But there will be no peace and communications. Armenia will simply be isolated again,” Aliyev emphasized.
