Is Armenia in a positive mood for negotiations under Russian or European or American auspices? Armenia’s Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan answered the question during the joint press conference of foreign ministers of Armenia and France.
“We don't differentiate between platforms. The peace process is one, and the negotiations are, as a matter of fact, going on the same draft peace treaty, its principles.
We are grateful to all the capitals that provide a platform, try to play a bridging role in this process, but at least for Armenia, the question was not put like that: to negotiate in Moscow, Washington or Brussels.
I repeat, the negotiations are one, and they are same,” Mirzoyan said.
