Reuters. Tunisia's President Kais Saied on Thursday appointed a new ambassador to Syria, the Tunisian presidency said in a statement, the latest Arab move to end Syria's regional isolation.
Tunisia cut off diplomatic relations with Syria nearly a decade ago.
