Member of the European Parliament, head of the delegation on relations with the South Caucasus, Marina Kaljurand, paid her respects to the memory of the victims of the Armenian Genocide, while condemning Azerbaijan's installation of a checkpoint in the Lachin Corridor, Marina Kaljurand said in a Twitter post.
“Today, I pay tribute to the victims of the Armenian Genocide, a campaign of extermination launched by the Ottomans 108 years ago. I deplore Azerbaijan's actions on the very eve on this anniversary, in flagrant violation of existing agreements and a binding ruling of the ICJ,” she wrote.
