Head of the Armenian delegation, Ruben Rubinyan, announced during PACE session that Azerbaijan officially blockaded Artsakh yesterday.
“If before that it was announced that the corridor has been closed by Azerbaijani ‘environmentalists’ since December, and official Baku has nothing to do with it, Azerbaijan officially closed that road by installing a checkpoint since yesterday,” he said.
Rubinyan warned about the danger of real genocide.
“I have been talking about the fact that the lives of 120,000 Armenians in Nagorno-Karabakh are at risk. I'm not talking about their political or human rights, I'm talking about the real threat of genocide. 120 thousand citizens became hostages of Azerbaijan, a country that hates them. I hope that together we will prevent these and other atrocities,” said the head of the Armenian delegation.
