The senior local inspector of the Shosh department of the Askeran regional department of the Internal Affairs Police of the Republic of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) presented a report. According to the report, on April 18, around 12:00, in the administrative territory of the occupied Aknaghbyur village of the Askeran region, while carrying out agricultural work in the fields under Armenian control, Azerbaijanis with various firearms opened fire from their combat positions at a group of citizens.
As reported by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Artsakh, agricultural works have been stopped. The message was passed to the Russian peacekeeping troops.
