“Total silence‼️ The blockade of Artsakh by Azerbaijan is perceived as normal by international organizations, media and human rights organizations. Would you limit yourself to writing one or two articles, statements, or short reports if a humanitarian crisis immediately affected you and your families?”, Stepanyan twitted.
