The Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) Investigative Committee has launched proceedings into the criminal case on the March 26 shooting from Azerbaijani combat positions at two local residents doing agricultural work in Taghavard village of Martuni Region of Artsakh, the Investigative Committee reports.
The criminal investigation continues.
