‘Artsakhpost’ CJSC issued a statement, in which reads:
"Dear compatriots, taking into account the blocking of the only road connecting Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) to Armenia by Azerbaijan and the numerous problems caused by it, especially related to free movement, we inform you that ‘Artsakhpost’ CJSC had serious difficulties in terms of communication with the Republic of Armenia and the outside world, due to which since the beginning of the blockade our operation has been disrupted.
However, taking into account the urgent need for citizens to deliver letters and documents and the consequences of the lack of this opportunity, the company, with the support of the Artsakh Republic Government, got the opportunity to deliver citizens' documents through Russian peacekeepers.
Therefore, we announce that ‘Artsakhpost’ CJSC accepts documents to be sent to Armenia and abroad, which will be sent to the ordered addresses by appropriate mechanisms as soon as possible.”
