Azerbaijan has applied to join the D-8 (Developing-8 Organization for Economic Cooperation) organization, said Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu, Turkish Foreign Minister in an interview with ‘Haber Turk’.
He noted that it is important to transform this organization into D-20 soon.
Çavuşoğlu also stressed the need to carry out reforms in the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC).
