Lyon Mayor Grégory Doucet, accompanied by Yerevan Deputy Mayor Suren Grigoryan, Armen Galjyan, head of the ‘My Step’ faction of the Yerevan Council of Elders, Mikael Manrikyan, head of the ‘Prosperous Armenia’ faction, and Davit Khazhakyan, head of the ‘Light’ faction, visited the Tsitsernakaberd memorial complex, laid a wreath at the monument to the victims of the Genocide and bow flowers to the eternal flame.
The delegation led by the mayor of Lyon also toured the Armenian Genocide Museum, got acquainted with the permanent and temporary exhibitions, after which Mayor Grégory Doucet made a note in the memorial book of honored guests.
Then the mayor of Lyon visited the ‘Yerablur’ military pantheon Grégory Doucet laid flowers in memory of the martyrs of the Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) wars.
