Polish president Andrzej Duda stressed during a joint press conference with his Ukrainian counterpart Volodymyr Zelenskyy, that Poland would keep supporting Kyiv in its NATO aspirations and would raise that issue at the upcoming North-Atlantic Alliance summit in Vilnius. He reminded that Poland had donated over 300 tanks, Krab howitzers and Piorun missiles to Ukraine.
Poland also backs Ukrainian aspirations for EU membership, Duda said.
Ukrainian president Volodymyr Zelenskyy pointed out that Poland will be invited to actively cooperate in the reconstruction of Ukraine.
Poland is for us not only a partner but a "friend for centuries," Zelenskyy stressed.
