The Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) is always ready to send a mission to the Armenian-Azerbaijani border based on the interests of Armenia's security. Yuri Shuvalov, representative of the CSTO Secretariat, stated this.
According to Shuvalov, aid measures are already included in the draft decision of the CSTO Collective Security Council, which is being worked on.
