Artsakh State Minister Gurgen Nersisyan, referring to the so-called Azerbaijani ‘integration’ thesis, noted that it was never a reality before and now the integration of Artsakh Armenians and Azerbaijan is excluded.
The Minister of State noted that Baku continues its aggression while the international community remains silent.
“Since September 27, 2020, crimes incompatible with our days and times, blatant attempts to violate simple human rights have been taking place before your eyes, the international community remains silent. That is why Azerbaijan is increasing its aggressive politics every day and regularly,” said the State Minister of Artsakh.
