There are trilateral agreements, political will is also necessary, the existence of a clear plan and the desire to implement it, this is the key to success. Those arrangements were worked out by everyone and were not imposed. This was announced by the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova, referring to Moscow's position regarding the regulation of relations between Armenia and Azerbaijan.
Answering the question about not repeating the fate of the Minsk agreements, Zakharova emphasized that Kyiv has regularly stated that they are not relevant, and Armenia and Azerbaijan have repeatedly stated that the trilateral statements are relevant for them.
Speaking about the information that the Azerbaijani side opened fire on the Russian servicemen returning the Armenian serviceman who got lost due to bad weather conditions earlier, as a result of which two Russian servicemen were injured, Zakharova noted that the circumstances are being investigated by the Russian Ministry of Defense.
“However, one should not think that our reaction is only public, the dialogue is always in progress. We have different ways of expressing our position with different allies,” Zakharova noted.
