Azat Hambardzumyan, Acting Minister of Artsakh Urban Planning, yesterday toured the new districts of Ivanyan and Hovsepavan communities, which are being built with the financing of the ‘Hayastan’ All-Armenian Fund.
Taking into account that at the end of last year it was planned to put a certain number of apartments and residential houses into operation, and it was suspended due to the blocking of the Stepanakert-Goris highway, the possibilities of completing the construction works were considered with the representatives of construction organizations.
Questions related to the completion stage were discussed, as well as the possibilities of putting residential buildings and private houses in the process of completion into operation with the involvement of existing resources, as well as what the Ministry of Urban Planning and construction organizations should do in that regard.
