Our goal is to act in such a way that Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) does not depopulate of Armenians. Vigen Khachatryan, deputy of Armenian Parliament’s ‘Civil Contract’ faction, said this in a briefing with journalists.

Mr. Lavrov says that the Lachin Corridor should be opened and the three parties, us, Azerbaijan and Russia, should fulfill their obligations. Does not open parentheses. Mr. Lavrov does not say that Azerbaijan closed, he does not say that Azerbaijan attacked and occupied the sovereign territory of Armenia.
