Shots were fired at a resident of Herher village from Azerbaijani combat positions, the Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) Ministry of Internal Affairs reports.
At 2:15pm on Sunday, the Karmir Shuka village precinct of the Martuni regional police department of Artsakh reported that around 1:50pm, while S. Hambardzumyan, a 34-year-old resident of Herher village, was doing agricultural work with a tractor in Taghavard village, sporadic shots were fired with firearms in the direction of the tractor, from the nearby Azerbaijani combat positions.
Agricultural work has been stopped as a result.
There are no victims.
The information about this incident was reported to the Russian peacekeepers in Artsakh.
