The message spread by the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan that allegedly on March 15, the units of the Defense Forces regularly opened fire in the direction of the Azerbaijani positions located in the occupied territories of the Martuni and Askeran regions of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh), is another disinformation.
