French Foreign Minister Catherine Colonna stated in the National Assembly that it is necessary to conduct a transparent investigation into the conflict that took place in Nagorno-Karabakh on March 5, during which five people were killed, Interfax reports.
She added that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs has already demanded to conduct such an investigation and publish the results.
On March 6, the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation announced that five people were killed as a result of the shootout between the law enforcement officers of Nagorno-Karabakh and the Azerbaijani military a day ago, and the conflict was stopped by the Russian peacekeepers.
