According to the decision of Roskomnadzor, the activity of pro-Azerbaijani haqqin.az information and analytical resource has been restored throughout Russia. The website was blocked a few days after the start of the Russian-Ukrainian war.
It was possible to restore the operation of haqqin.az after negotiations between the editorial office and representatives of the Russian Government. The Russian ambassador to Azerbaijan, Mikhail Bocharnikov, played a special role in restoring the site's activities, the media reports. Using the opportunity, the editors of haqqin.az expressed their gratitude to the Office of the President of Russia, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Russian Embassy and Roskomnadzor.
