Residents of the villages of Nabatkend and Orta Mugan of the Saatli regiont of Azerbaijan tried to block the main highway in the direction of Baku. They protested against the lack of water, Azerbaijani media report. According to locals, water has not been supplied to farmland for a long time, all crops have burned out, and there is no drinking water supply. The police dispersed the protesters, there are victims. Two people who received wounds from rubber bullets were hospitalized, about ten people were detained, local residents say.
