US Congressman Frank Pallone welcomed and simultaneously criticized the position of the State Department towards Azerbaijan.
“The State Department has rightfully called on Aliyev to end his illegal blockade of the Lachin Corridor, but it's disappointing that they publicly ruled out sanctions against Azerbaijan. All options must remain on the table until Aliyev ends his abuses and complies with international law,” Pallone tweeted.
