During the 10th Baku Global Forum, the President of Azerbaijan announced that there is a possibility to build normal neighborly relations with Armenia.
"The agreements reached with Armenia in October 2022 show there is no obstacle to establishing peace with Armenia", said Ilham Aliyev.
However, he once again blamed Armenia, stating that Armenia is allegedly slowing down the settlement process. Aliyev also accused the OSCE Minsk Group saying it has not been able to achieve anything in 30 years.
