Oppositionist Meral Aksener announced yesterday that the "six alliance" no longer reflects the real interests of the people. Dissensions arose among the opposition when five parties proposed the candidacy of the leader of the People's Republican Party, Kemal Kilicdaroglu, and one party discussed the candidacies of the mayors of Istanbul and Ankara, Ekrem Imamoglu and Mansur Yavas.
Weeks ago, the President of Turkey announced that the presidential elections in the country will be held on May 14.
