Baku is ready to work constructively with the Russian side in resolving the conflict between Azerbaijan and Armenia, Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev stated, receiving Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov in Baku.
Aliyev noted the great efforts and role of Russia in normalization process between Armenia and Azerbaijan.
“I hope that 2023 will be a breakthrough year in the normalization of relations between Azerbaijan and Armenia. In any case, we count on it”, Aliyev said.
