On February 27, Azerbaijan started an interstate arbitration process against Armenia, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan informs.
Baku demanded financial compensation from Armenia for 1991-2020 for “exploitation of hydropower resources” in Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh).
