Toivo Klaar, the EU special representative for the South Caucasus and the crisis in Georgia, made the following post on his Twitter.
“Back in the region for a series of consultations to follow up on leaders’ meetings in Munich, starting with Yerevan. Look forward to good meetings in the morning,” Klaar tweeted.
