The Head of Georgian Government extended his sympathy to the Turkish President for the victims of the recent earthquake. As Irakli Garibashvili pointed out, Georgia is standing by the friendly people of Turkey, ready to provide any assistance necessary.
The participation of Georgian rescuers in efforts toward the elimination of the consequences of the earthquake and in rescue operations, and the humanitarian assistance provided by Georgia, were emphasizes at the meeting in Ankara.
Recep Tayyip Erdogan thanked Irakli Garibashvili for rapid assistance provided at this difficult time.
