The event was also attended by the Primate of the Artsakh Diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Church, the second and third presidents of the Artsakh Republic Arkady Ghukasian and Bako Sahakyan, State Minister Ruben Vardanyan, high-ranking state officials, activists of the Artsakh national liberation movement.
