A tête-à-tête conversation between OSCE Secretary General Helga Schmid and President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev took place in Munich, after which a high-ranking European official wrote on her Twitter:
“Good talking to President Aliyev of Azerbaijan on number of pertinent issues. Important to continue working on regional co-operation in wider Black Sea region to build trust, strengthen connectivity and contribute to economic dimension of security.”
