Armenia’s President Vahang Khachaturyan welcomed the arrival of the EU monitoring mission to Armenia.
"Warm welcome to 100-person EU Monitoring Mission along Armenia’s border with Azerbaijan. Deeply thankful to EU and Member States for manifestation of strong solidarity with Armenia. MM deployment is to play a role in de-escalation and establishment of stability and ultimately bringing peace to region," Khachaturyan tweeted.
