Toivo Klaar, EU representative for the crisis in South Caucasus and Georgia, referred to the visit of Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan to Turkey.
“This is a historic visit following Armenia decision to support its neighbour in need. Hopefully a harbinger of developments to come in the Turkish-Armenian relationship,” Toivo Klaar tweeted.
