Twenty people were transferred from Armenia to Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) and 23 people from Artsakh to Armenia with the mediation and accompaniment of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), Artsakh’s InfoCenter reports.
They moved to Armenia to be reunited with their families.
