“The French, who are on the territory of Belarus, are invited to leave the country without delay by road through Lithuania, Poland or Latvia,” RIA Novosti quotes the French Foreign Ministry.
Besides, the French Foreign Ministry said that citizens who wish to fly out of Belarus need to request an exit visa from the Belarusian Ministry of Internal Affairs.
