Yesterday, the European Parliament's Foreign Relations Committee approved the European Parliament’s reports on Armenia and Azerbaijan. Arman Yeghoyan, chairman of the Standing Committee on European Integration of Armenia’s Parliament, said this at the Parliament session.
“The reports strongly condemned Azerbaijan's attack on Armenia in September of last year, called for the immediate withdrawal of troops from the occupied territories of Armenia, pointed out the shameful human rights situation in Azerbaijan and linked economic cooperation with Azerbaijan to the improvement of the human rights situation there.
On the other hand, the reforms implemented in Armenia in various fields have been praised. The will to advance these reforms, despite the difficulties, was also praised,” Yeghoyan said.
