Azerbaijan's actions aim to break the will of the Nagorno-Karabakh population to live in their homeland. Armenia's Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said during the Government sitting mentioning that he believes that this will is unbreakable.
"Nevertheless, we must increase our efforts to focus international attention on the extreme humanitarian and environmental crisis in Nagorno-Karabakh, which is the result of Azerbaijan's aggressive and provocative actions.
At the same time, I would like to thank the international organizations and countries that have expressed an unbiased position on the humanitarian crisis unfolding in Nagorno-Karabakh. Our international efforts should be aimed at making the emerging environmental crisis a subject of wide international discussion as well", said Pashinyan.
He considered it necessary that the humanitarian and environmental crisis established in Nagorno-Karabakh by the illegal blockade of the Lachin Corridor should become the subject of a more institutionalized international discussion.
"Only the ongoing activity of the international community is the way to curb Azerbaijan's aggressiveness and provocative practices", Pashinyan said.
