According to the updated information available at the moment, two Armenians, one of them a dual citizen (of Syria and Armenia) are among those who died in the Syrian city of Aleppo as a result of the earthquake, Armenia’s Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Vahan Hunanyan announced this in a Facebook post.
Hunanyan added that they are working to determine whether or not there are citizens of Armenia among the victims in Turkey.
“We will provide additional information as soon as we receive new data," he wrote.
