Today, the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), as a neutral mediator, facilitated the transfer of 15 people from Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) to Armenia and 18 from Armenia to Artsakh through the Lachin Corridor.
The evacuees will join their families in the respective sides.
