On February 1, Armenia’s Ambassador to Georgia Ashot Smbatyan had a meeting with Georgia's Deputy Foreign Minister Teymuraz Janjalia. This is stated on the Facebook page of the Armenian Embassy to Georgia.
“At the meeting, the parties exchanged ideas on cooperation between Armenia and Georgia with the European Union, as well as cooperation between Armenia and Georgia in the Eastern Partnership format.
The Ambassador of Armenia presented the details of the humanitarian crisis in Nagorno-Karabakh as a result of Azerbaijan's illegal blocking of the Lachin Corridor,” the post reads.
