During the discussion on the humanitarian consequences of the blockade of the Lachin Corridor in PACE, member of the delegation of Armenia’s National Assembly Hayk Mamijanyan referred to the termination of gas supply to Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) by Azerbaijan.
“Do you think it is possible to transport ammunition through gas pipelines or Internet cables? The only reason for the blockade is to prepare the ground for ethnic cleansing,” the deputy emphasized, adding: “For you, Karabakh is a territory, for us it is a Homeland.”
Mamijanyan stressed that the people of Artsakh have the right to live in their Homeland and have the right to self-determination.
