“With the start of the Patrol Service in Tavush and other provinces, we will have a new level of citizen-state, citizen-police relations,” Armenia’s Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said in his speech during his visit on the occasion of the launch of the Patrol Service in Tavush province.
