“Day 40, Azerbaijan backed humanitarian crisis in Nagorno-Karabakh is still on. The sole purpose of blockade of Lachin Corridor is ethnic cleansing of Nagorno-Karabakh’s Armenians, a crime against humanity. Blockade of any life channel is an act of aggression.
