Artsakhenergo CJSC informs that from January 21 in Stepanakert, electricity outages will be carried out twice a day, each lasting 3 hours.
"Three conditional groups will be formed, outages will start from 8:00 am.
A little later, we will publish the schedule of electricity outages according to groups,” the message reads.
