Azerbaijan again cut the only gas pipeline to Artsakh from Armenia, depriving the people of Artsakh of the opportunity to use natural gas, Artsakh Info Center reports. "Artsakhgas" CJSC informs that the gas supply in the republic was stopped as of 13:00.
