Luxembourg Foreign Minister Jean Asselborn had a phone call with Ararat Mirzoyan.
“Foreign Minister Asselborn spoke on phone to Armenian colleague Ararat Mirzoyan to discuss worrying situation. at Lachin corridor and the humanitarian crisis of the blockade affecting 120,000 civilians. Luxemburg calls on Azerbaijan to ensure free and safe movement along Lachin. All parties should look for solutions through dialogue.
Russia should take its responsibilities in line with the trilateral statement in order to restore the flow of goods and people through the Lachin corridor. Luxembourg supports the creation of an EU mission (EUMA) to create a safe and stable environment in conflict-affected areas in Armenia”, the Luxembourg Ministry Tweeted.
