Through the mediation of the International Committee of the Red Cross, three persons in need of immediate medical assistance transferred from Artsakh to Armenia, Zara Amatuni, Communications Manager and Spokesperson for the International Committee of the Red Cross in Armenia, told "Lurer".
Since the blockade of the Lachin Corridor the road connecting Artsakh to Armenia on December 12, 2022,18 people in need of medical assistance have been transferred to Armenia through the Red Cross.
