Hikmet Alizadeh, head of the State Service of Environmental Security of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of Azerbaijan, announced that the action of the so-called Azerbaijani environmentalists-protesters in the Lachin Corridor, which has been going on for 26 days, will not be stopped until a result is registered.
“Participants of the action demand to provide conditions for conducting monitoring in mines. I think the demonstration will continue until then,” he said.
It is noteworthy, this statement once again emphasizes that the blockade of the Lachin Corridor is a coordinated operation by Baku, and claims of its environmental or civilian nature are fictitious.
